Tiramisu inspired overnight Oats

I just absolutely LOVE Tiramisu. That refreshing coffee fragrance and flavor, that intense chocolate and espresso taste, that creamy undertone of Mascarpone, its simply spellbinding.

Overnight Oats has been the talk since a while now and for all the right reasons. Its one of the most loved, best meal-prepped go-to breakfast recipe which we all love.

  • Easy to Meal Prep: Overnight Oats is probably the easiest to meal prep breakfast recipe which you can make in advance and store in the refrigerator for upto a week.
  • Healthy High Protein & Fibre: Oats is naturally a great source of fibre and since you add Protein Powder to this as well, it keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients needed to make Tiramisu Overnight Oats

  • 3 Bananas preferably overripe
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats ground to flour
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese (low fat)
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt (low fat)
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to dust on top)

How to make Tiramisu Overnight Oats?

  • Mash the bananas using a fork in a large bowl.
  • Add ground rolled oats and Protein Powder to it. Toss to combine. Pour in the brewed coffee into it and stir to combine everything.
  • Combine Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt. Spread this creamy mixture over the Oatmeal Tiramisu Mixture. Even it out.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 5 hour. Dust unsweetened cocoa powder or instant espresso powder on top and serve.
