Homemade High Protein Granola Bar

Need a healthy snack bar recipe for weight loss? These Healthy Protein Granola Bars without refined sugar fill you with energy when you need to work long hours. The high fiber content of these Healthy Granola bars controls the peristaltic motions of muscles in your intestine, helping you stay and feel full for a long time.

Baked Granola Bar Recipe

Unlike store-bought high-calorie granola, where you get an overdose of sugar for quick energy production, these High Protein Granola bars will release slow and natural energy due to slow-releasing micellar casein protein powder, and trust me; you cannot overeat them. And, even if you do, it won't harm you.

5 Legit Reasons to Make High Protein Granola Bars

These handmade high-protein granola bars are the ideal snack to fuel your busy lifestyle because they are brimming with nutritional ingredients and flavor.

  1. You get 27g of fat from one bar, out of which you get 12g of Monounsaturated Fat and 5g of Polyunsaturated fat. Which means basically 17g of healthy fat which your body can't produce on its own from just one granola bar.
  2. You get a whopping 38g of protein from one bar. I can tell you that no matter which protein supplement you use, you can't get that ever from just one serving.
  3. Not only good fat and protein, but these high protein granola bars are rich in fiber that supports a healthy gut and makes you feel full.
  4. Unlike granola, you get in a market where manufacturers do not hesitate to use sugar, unhealthy oils, chocolate, and even marshmallows to make it tasty. This High Protein Granola bars uses honey for natural sweetness and coconut milk to bind the mixture.
  5. This recipe for Granola bars is Kid friendly. It's so easy that you can make them with your kids.
