Ingredients for Jalapeño Peach Chicken
- Peach Preserves - I prefer homemade Peach preserve because, it's always better than a store-bought one. I've always used Natasha's Kitchen Country Peach preserve recipe to make one and it has never disappointed me.
- Peaches - You should make fresh Peaches your #1 choice. But, if you cannot find the same, go with frozen peaches or canned peaches. You'll need one can (drained) of canned Peach slices or
- Apple Cider Vinegar - Fresh apple cider vinegar increases the acidic profile of this dish and contributes to a mort tarty and tangy flavor.
- Chicken - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts is my go-to while making Jalapeño Peach chicken. However, some prefer it with Chicken thighs which is completely fine and tastes amazing. However, keep in mind that with chicken thighs the cooking time needs to be adjusted.
- Jalapeño Peppers - Not spicy like "Spicy 🥵" but spicy which can be like "Oooh... That's Good!" Jalapeño Peppers are hotter and spicer if you go with the ones which are older and whiter in color. The smooth green ones are the young ones which might not be "that spicy".

Is Jalapeño Peach Chicken really Spicy?
YES. Jalapeño Peach Chicken is Spicy. Not for the ones with a weak heart. 😀 jus kiddin' As I said, Jalapeño Peach Chicken is spicy, but not that Spicy that you can't have it. It's a sort of Spicy Chicken Dinner where you'll be enjoying the heat. You'll be like - Man, I just love the kick of Jalapeños. (even if you only add one with the seeds)
